Note: - Defect value is counted from 300 gram coffee beans


Pre - Shipment Sample

We provide the possibility for you to have a pre - shipment sample before you decide to place any order. Please feel free to contact us via email for request of pre - shipment sample.


Minimum Order

For arabica and robusta coffee beans a minimum order of 1 M/Tons is applicable.


Term Of Payment

We accept the following term of payment :

  • Full amount Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight (irrevocable) which issued by First Class Bank at first class bank only such as HSBC, City Bank, Amro Bank, Standard Chartered, UOB, DBS, OCBC.
  • TT in advance for 25%, the rest will be Cash Against Document (CAD) Beneficiary's Bank to Applicant's Bank.
  • Others If you have other preferences please feel free to contact us and we will discuss it with you.

After you get your user name adn password to access our order tracking system, you can use your user name and password to log in to the order tracking system. On the left column of our website you will notice a log in box where you can log in to the order tracking system.

This system makes it possible for your to track the progress of your order.
